Winter Service Operative (m/f/d) in the Rhein-Sieg District
When it snows, you are there: for winter services at commercial properties, car parks and access routes in the Rhein-Sieg district, we are looking for reliable, experienced operatives to start immediately – on call and, when needed, in the early morning hours.

Your tasks
- Clearing and gritting pavements, driveways, car parks and entrance areas
- Use of snow shovels, gritting spreaders and small equipment – vehicle with snow plough where required
- Fulfilment of the statutory clearing and gritting obligation according to the duty plan and weather conditions
- Documentation of each call-out (time, site, de-icing material)
- Checking and replenishing de-icing material stocks at the sites
Your profile
- Experience in winter services, grounds maintenance or outdoor work
- On-call availability during the season (November to March), including nights and weekends
- Physical fitness and resilience to the weather
- Category B driving licence and residence in or near the Rhein-Sieg district
- Reliability – you show up when it counts
Nice to have
- Category BE or C1 driving licence
- Experience with municipal machinery / snow-clearing vehicles
